Beer Description
After using rye as a co-star in many of our favorite ales, we wanted to make a beer that made this grain the star. Rye has a reputation of being a challenge to work with, but we were able to mash in more than enough to bring out rye’s exotic and spicy nature. This rye provides for a complex brew that is easy to drink and gorgeous to look at.
