Beer Description
REBLución “Golden Tropical Stout” is a local interpretation of the “Tropical Stout” style. Our approach is to substitute the grains from dark malts that bring color and aroma, for local coffee grains and cocoa nibs. The result is a non-traditional beer for its color that moves away from the typical dark appearance of a Stout without distancing us from the aroma and flavor that we like so much about this style. This beer is a tribute to the Golden Era of Utuado that was characterized by the boom of the coffee industry and economic development of the town. Our coffee was known as black gold.
