Beer Description
Brimley Stout took a 3 year nap in some Rye whiskey barrels and awoke with an insatiable hunger. For raspberries… We obliged and injected a heavy dose of tart raspberry, toasted oak, and bourbon. Slightly sweet, mildly tart, notes of dark chocolate and raspberry jam, very mellow barrel character.
