The first ever barrel aged Colossus – comprised of vintage blends dating as far back as 2006. Get ready to transport your tastebuds through the history of DuClaw. Perfect timing, considering weโre celebrating our 25th anniversary. Before we raise a glass, lets talk details. This bold batch tastes as good as it looks. Shimmering bight gold and slightly hazy with heavy malty sweetness, every sip is elevated by notes of apple and tangerine, and warmly enveloped in an aroma of wood bourbon and vanilla. To bestow this brew and bravely hit a staggering 20% ABV, we took the road less traveled, using fermentation alone, along with grains plucked in perfect harmony with three yeast strains.
