Beer Description
Tartans of Tradition was brewed with the crew at Werk Force Brewing Company in Plainfield. About 10 years ago, prior to my position here at Two Hound Red Brewing Co., I met Brandon & Amanda as they were first opening up Chicago Brew Werks. What started out as a friendship grew into an amazing job where I spent six years on the brew deck. Having the ability to brew alongside Brandon and the two Jakes was a wonderful and rewarding experience which has woven our worlds intrinsically together like the cloth of the Scottish tartan . We have done a collaboration once before with a beer called the Unwritten Chapter and hopefully our collaborative tradition continues on for a long time into the future.
