Beer Description
TIPA w/ Nectaron, Mosaic Incognito, El Dorado Hop Hash
We pulled out all the stops for this over the top hoppy Triple IPA. We loaded the kettle with as much El Dorado as could fit during whirlpool, and added a heavy dose of Mosaic Incognito (a type of hop extract) on top of that. The dry hop follows suite with large amounts of Mosaic and Nectaron, and topped off with El Dorado Hop Hash for an extra kick of lupulin. Intense aromas of peach, blueberry, candied pineapple, and cotton candy leap from the glass, and the resinous mouthfeel coats your pallet while you drink. Admiral’s Chit malt makes an appearance, providing plenty of protein and starch to soften that mouthfeel and bolster the haziness. Diligent fermentation keeps this TIPA tight, and lets the hops do the heavy lifting.
