Beer Description
The Pucker Sour Report is our series of fruited sours. A tart, fruity sour beer. After souring to a delightfully tart level, we added strawberry and banana purée along with lemon zest and milk sugar to enhance and balance the flavor. The purée gives this beer a bright pink hue. The perfect blend of sweet and sour, TPS Report: Strawberry Banana Parfait is a refreshing year-round sipper.
