Beer Description
This Saison was brewed using Haus Malts Ohio grown Barley and Heirloom Einkorn then aged in neutral oak barrels with brettanomyces for over a year. We then refermented the beer with Italian White peaches.
This Saison was brewed using Haus Malts Ohio grown Barley and Heirloom Einkorn then aged in neutral oak barrels with brettanomyces for over a year. We then refermented the beer with Italian White peaches. The result is dry and full of bright peach aroma with a dusty brett character that will continue to develop with time.
