Beer Description
When faced with what hops we wanted to use for our next Juicy Hazy IPA the choice was too hard, so we made two versions. We started with a dynamic malt bill including wheat and oats for a strong foundation. This version was treated with Nelson Sauvin/Strata hops. Nelson Sauvin provides a juicy, tropical punch but the Strata subdues that tropicality and adds a level of dankness.
