Malty-sweet with a moderate English hop profile this English Strong Bitter is true to style. Two Finger Salute pays homage to the English Archers that were captured by the French soldiers during the Hundred Years’ War and had their index and middle finger cut off; the ones that were fortunate enough to not have this happen to them would stick their two fingers up in the air for a big F-YOU to the French during this battle.
