A blend of Golden Russet, Winesap, Muscadet de Dieppe, and foraged crab apples aged for 12 months in neutral French oak barrels. Wild fermented with indigenous yeasts. Bottle conditioned with honey from our orchard. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. Fermented to dry.
