Second Stage is a Raspberry and Cherry Fruited Saison Wild Ale. The fruit was second use from our plume series resulting in a more subtle and nuanced presentation, balancing on top of a light bodied saison with a touch of tart.
Second Stage is a Raspberry and Cherry Fruited Saison Wild Ale. The fruit was second use from our plume series resulting in a more subtle and nuanced presentation, balancing on top of a light bodied saison with a touch of tart. When accounting for the fact that this fruit had to be used to make our barrel aged plume sours first, this is the longest time investment beer project we’ve released to date.
