This Czech Amber Lager (Polotmavý) is a delightfully-crisp, yet distinctly malty dry and crisp Bohemian lager.
Decoction-brewed and relying exclusively on Czech Saaz hops, this brew has a gentle flowery and spicy bitterness to counterbalance the rich toasted-biscuit and chocolate notes derived the floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich grains.
A subtle hint of molasses and stone fruit accentuates this complex, yet crisp and clean Amber Lager.
