Beer Description
Exotic Particles is a super juicy, double dry hopped IPA that seemingly defies the known physics of hoppy aroma threshold suspended in liquid matter.
This hazy, yellow-orange hop bomb was brewed with a base of Golden Promise barley and pilsner malts and fortified with plenty of wheat and oat malts for a soft, easy-drinking, medium body. Bitterness is kept low to accentuate the intense fruit-forward hop flavors and promote a juicy finish.
Exotic Particles was hopped heavily in the whirlpool with freshly pelletized Galaxy hops, then dry hopped twice more during active fermentation with Simcoe and Mosaic.
We get notes of ripe and juicy peach, nectarine, mango gummies, passionfruit slushy, candied apricot, tropical papaya, sweet pine, guava nectar, raspberry, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
