Rice Saison Cold Steeped with Rishi White tea and Honey
Or as we call it, Wednesday. It’s getting hot in hur. This saison is brewed with flaked rice to lighten the body and provide eminent drinkability. We go the extra mile and cold steep heaping handfuls of Rishi white tea just prior to carbonating. The floral and lemon notes from this addition abound, complimenting the natural spice and clove notes of our house saison yeast. To round the body out we kiss it with a touch of honey to really tie all of these flavor notes together.
