Beer Description
Conditioned on Raspberry, Blackberry, & Vanilla
This flashy, vibrant, magenta colored brew will dazzle you not only with its looks, but also with its intricate balance of intense fruit and hop flavors.
Razzle Dazzle was brewed with a high proportion of wheat and oat malts for a soft, medium body and it was hopped heavily in the whirlpool with Mosaic and experimental hop 09326, noted for its tropical fruit and berry flavor contributions.
It was fermented with a special lactic acid producing yeast strain that creates a pleasantly tart and acidic environment, a perfect backdrop for adding fruits.
We dry hopped this beer during active fermentation with more Mosaic hops before conditioning it on an abundance of raspberry, blackberry, and a touch of Madagascar vanilla.
We get notes of raspberry soda, blackberry preserves, fruity/ floral hops, vanilla, fruit by the foot, tart wild berries, red Jolly Ranchers, dulce de membrillo, and SweeTart candies.
