Beer Description
Our latest trial featuring the “London Tropics” yeast from our friends at Berkeley Yeast. Utilizing Phantasm Powder, Citra Incognito, HBC 586 and El Dorado Lupomax along with Oats, Wheat, and a touch of Lactose to smooth everything out, we set out to increase the amount of “Free Thiols” to produce big tropical flavor and aroma. The end result gives big Guava, Lychee, and Watermelon hard candy notes so much you can almost hear those waves crashing.
