’55 Step Side is a salute to historical hop farmers, and modern ones. Like the Kansas Hop Company, who are bringing commercial hops cultivation back to the American Midwest. Brewed once a year, on the day of harvest, with ultra-fresh and local hops then dry-hopped with Kansas grown Cascade.
