This newest edition in our lip smacking fruit tart series is inspired by the gin fizz cocktail. Our craft beer take on the classic drink gets huge additions of raspberries cut with botanical notes from juniper berries and star anise. Flavors of muddled raspberry and bright citrus from orange peel blend perfectly with the sour fruit character present in our house lactobacillus. *contains lactose
