Beer Description
Over the years, we’ve blended all kinds of barrels into some of the tastiest funky & sour beers you’ve come to love, but sometimes a barrel needs a little extra time, or doesn’t fit the profile we’re looking for, so we set those aside until they’re ready for prime time. And this is their chance to shine — presenting the next entry into our series we call our Brewer’s Blend, where we sample that extra oak and create unique blends from some of our favorite barrels. This one takes advantage of lighter, more delicate choices by our brewers, using a carefully curated blend of funky saisons that have been aged in our French oak foeder, a red wine puncheon, and both a cherry brandy & vanilla extract barrel!
