Beer Description
The MC Hazy is built on the same malt and hop foundation as our ever popular MC Hamma’. What’s the change? Glad you asked. We started by adjusting the water chemistry to tone down the hop bitterness. and then used a yeast that is popular amongst hazy IPA brewers and the we cranked up the dry hop additions of Citra and Mosaic hops, timing it to create a more stable haze in the beer. But don’t worry too much if you are loyal to the original MC Hamma’. It will be back before you know it. Until then get yourself a pint and a growler of MC Hazy.
