Wheat Ale With Orange And Grapefruit
As ripples of doubt spread across our faces the reflections fade. And here at the end of all things we are left without body. Floating in rivers of ego, awash in the baths of nothingness. Another step towards our ideal wheat ale has lead to blending in a pinch of honey malt to our standard base of pale barley and wheat and then fermenting it with German ale yeast. We then conditioned it on a blend of orange and grapefruit zests to bring about tones of fresh baked crostini, topped with tart marmalade and dusted with white peppercorn.
