Beer Description
We implemented some of our newest findings in today’s creation to compare with batches past. dHop 49 showcases Citra and Strata. For this unique beer, we blended two fermentations before the dry hop, with one of the fermentations being inoculated with precursor compounds to get our special yeast ready for the main dry hop event. They were broken up, releasing loads of citrus notes, fruit cocktail, and Hawaiian punch. Soft hop-saturated flavors of ripe mango sorbet, passionfruit custard, Frankenberry, and lime spritzed melon wedges lead into its delicate finish lined with #EQjuice.
