One Drop Toasted Marshmallow & Salted Caramel Pecan Mudcake Imperial Pastry Stout

Think Thick. Think Decadent. Think big salted caramel, rich belgian dark chocolate cake, nights-by-the-campfire vibes.

For it’s second release, our brewers have thrown the frosting covered book at this decadent number – milk sugar, toasted marshmallows, golden syrup, cocoa nibs, vanilla, cake mix, and all combine in their baked-goods glory to give you the ultimate pastry experience, along with a hit of maple salt to provide a rounding salinity we’ve come to love here at One Drop and a kiss of smoked malts.

We’ve taken this crowd favourite and improved on it from last time. The nitro pour is gone allowing bigger bubbles to better lift the decadent aroma up into the smokey air. We’ve also doubled down on the pecan and mud cake aspects as we found them lacking last time around. All and all this is one decadent beast that has been spun right up to 11 for y’all.

Nights by the crackling fire need this creamy, roasty, dark chocolatey, and oh-so-caramelly brew of oozy chewy goodness.
