Beer Description
Combinations of Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe hops were generously used throughout the brew. Full bodied, very hoppy with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry bitter finish. Cheers to good neighbors!
We welcomed our friends Retriever Brewing Company Orefield, PA into the brewery at Saucony Creek to collaborate on a new IPA with us. Combinations of Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe hops were generously used throughout the brew. Full bodied, very hoppy with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry bitter finish.
