Notes of pineapple and pillowy passionfruit with a slight, grassy dankness
Essential Delay IPA was originally scheduled to be brewed in March of 2020, but was delayed until now…for reasons you can likely guess. Worth the wait, Essential Delay is a total banger that features wet-hop Simcoe Cryo hops from @yakimachief (YCH 301). We matched the preserved fresh Simcoe with Mosaic and Citra to complete the Lupulin mirepoix, resulting in an explosion of PNW hop intensity that is typically reserved for the annual hop harvest. Notes of pineapple and pillowy passionfruit with a slight, grassy dankness. Be like the turtle, and remember that slow and steady wins this race!
