Beer Description
We brewed The Minus Times: Pacific Lager with Pilsen malt, a touch of flaked corn and rice, and New Zealand grown Motueka. Fermented with our favorite Mexican-lager yeast strain and cold conditioned for 6 weeks, this beer is crisp, bright, and refreshing.
Pacific-Inspired Lager. While the rest of this series so far has found inspiration from very defined brewing tradition and geographic territory, our Pacific Lager is an attempted amalgamation of some of our favorite lagers found throughout the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding land. From Mexico to New Zealand, Southern California to the Pacific Northwest, this beer begs for you to kick back on a hot day by the water.
