A Kolsch built by Alia Midoun. Alia balanced this beer in the trajectory of her transatlantic story. Forged from a base of traditional German Pilsner, she applied a new angle with American Wheat, before combining old stalwart Hallertau Mittelfruh, with revolutionary German Hallertau Blanc.
