Beer Description
Collaboration with Brewery Novalis (Former Head Brewer at Schilling Beer Co.) and Hop Guild. Rice lager made with all NY malt and NY Triumph hops for the 2023 Hop Project. Drinks light and balanced with earthy hop derived notes and accents of citrus & black currant and a hint of peat. Medium-light body, a touch of grainy malt sweetness and dry finish.
