Beer Description
For Kings & Daughter’s brew we are tapping fresh Luminosa hops from Oregon’s own Indie Farms. We are taking a new approach this year and shredding our fresh hops to access all the goodness that hides out in the center of the hop flowers we all love. To do so we purchased a highly precise (ummm well maybe not so precise) piece of machinery, a leaf and stick shredder! Lovingly named Shredder of TMNT fame, we pass all our fresh hops through their whirling blades, smashing, cutting, and ultimately providing increased access to the hop oils we want… at least in theory ;)
