Beer Description
Every year we participate in the Ales for ALS fundraiser where we are sent a pre-established and donated hop blend from @yakimachief to brew whatever we want with. This year we created a highly hopped West Coast IPA (with only the ALS hop blend). This year’s blend contains mostly Simcoe, Ekuanot and Mosaic with lesser amounts of HBC 630, Citra, Loral, Sabro and Ahtanum. Cellarmaker will donate proceeds from Capacity to Care to the ALS Therapy Development Institute. Drink for a great cause!
