A pair of Straight Jackets, one from a Heaven Hill Rye barrel, and the other a batch one V.S.O.J. dry component from a Jack Daniels barrel were combined in a single Heaven Hill bourbon barrel and aged a further forty-eight months, creating a spirit-soaked cookie, caramel, honey, and fruit-skin-laden sipper with a monstrous American oak profile.
