Beer Description
NEW THIS BATCH: Moderately hazy, color of a pear. Soft, tropical, barely bitter, ultra brisk finish. Hop and hop ratio changes from previous batch, same yeast.
Beta 34.1 is Test Batch number two for Pizza Pals, a winter seasonal collaboration with Fast Fashion in Seattle. This is the second test batch of how ever many we end of making (3? 5? 17?). Why so many Beta batches? Because we need this one to be juuuuust right to pair with all pizzas across the land. And also, we like hanging out with our friends and talking about beer. Look for cans of Pizza Pals in 4-packs this winter and in the meantime, let us know what you think.
