This Raspberry Bitter Orange Amaro Cider delivers a distinctive flavor profile, drawing parallels to an Amaro sherbet, subtly infused with warming spices and a dash of Chambord.
Its unique taste is achieved by soaking roots, herbs, and spices for a month to create a bitters-infused syrup. Warming spices like nutmeg, allspice, and clove are added, with bitter orange peel and wormwood introducing bitterness. This is balanced by cocoa powder and Demerara sugar’s sweetness.
