For Ever More is a blend of golden sour beers aged in oak barrels with blueberries, boysenberries, cinnamon, and vanilla bean. To extract sweet and tart notes of berry pie filling, we fruited each oak barrel with 42 pounds of blueberries and 42 pounds of boysenberries. We then infused this jammy sour with cinnamon and a touch of vanilla bean to simulate the flavors and aromas found in a pie crust. The result… a beer that will warm your heart with sour and let you sip for ever more.
