Beer Description
With a fare amount of European malts using Maris Otter & Vienna base malt to give a nice cracker/bready profile; De-bittered Black malt helps with color without obtaining to much roast.. Hops were selected that pair well with the Lemony Latvian Farmhouse yeast. Citra and Sorachi Ace bring out a nice lemon pith and citrus aroma. In turn we have a super approachable thirst quenching beer!
