West Coast IPA w/ Lemondrop, Eureka & Tomahawk
It’s not even weird, not when you think about it. Like really think about it. Because why wouldn’t you ask the question? Look, if robots were locked in mortal kombat for all to see, would they want us to cheer for them and need our approval to bolster their egos or would they go about it in a mechanical (sorry) dispassionate way? We kick this west coast IPA into high gear with Tomahawk for those shockingly light black pepper and licorice notes akin to grandma’s jewelry bowl full of black jelly beans that go so well with the sweet citrus lemonade drenched summer afternoons of Lemondrop. To bring it all together we used Eureka for its dark stone fruit tones that finish out crisp and bright.
