Beer Description
There’s a legal limit of how much fruit we can add to a beer before it’s considered wine. For Snowberries, we took our fruit rate to that limit. Starting as a Imperial Sour Ale, during primary fermentation we added 175 lbs per barrel of Cherries, Raspberries, and Blackberries, then finished it off with a dose of Comoros vanilla beans. The resulting beer is bold, tart, and sweet with the aromas of berries and cream.
