Beer Description
Sencha is a delicious and robust Japanese green tea that we love to drink, so we decided to brew a Belgian-style farmhouse ale with it! We start with a base of both American and continental barley, wheat, and oats, then brew the beer with authentic Japanese Sencha green tea. Once fermentation is complete, we gently dry hop it with American Lemon drop hops to provide a refreshing balance. Crisp and fruity, with subtle impressions of green tea, lemon rind, and bubblegum, and a bone dry finish
