5% Kellerbier style Lager brewed true-to-style but with an extra Dry Hopping of Saphir to give it a more floral/fruit-forward hoppy aroma. This beer is unfiltered and slightly hazy and on tasting, we get moderate flowery, herbal, hop notes with a touch of sweet malt character, light honey, and toasted cracker quality. Refreshing and extremely crushable, this is a beer that’s meant to be drunk in QUANTITY!
