Beer Description
Blisk is inspired by the soft and silky smooth pilsners of Bavaria. We used whole leaf American Cashmere hops in our hopback for this brew, which had some lovely green tea, melon, and lime aromas right out of the bag. German Pilsner malt lends a honey-like sweetness up front that fades into a soft bitterness that lingers more with every sip.
