Beer Description
The malts lend a wonderful nose of toast, slight brown sugar, a little dried fruit, with a huge aroma of those classic west coast hops layered on top—citrus and resin abound. The crispy vibes and bitterness is real here folks, and we love it!
Introducing El Rojo Lúpulo! Continuing our slight obsession with classic west coasts, we took it a bit further and made this beautiful hoppy red ipa. One of our favorite beers every year is sierranevada Celebration, and this is a hommage to that beer. It’s hard to touch perfection, but we can only try. This beer is hyper crispy, made with a blend of 2 row and some light crystal malts, it’s then hit with lots of Simcoe and centennial in the boil, as well as a big dry hop of centennial and Simcoe cryo.
