Pointed in flavor, notes of candied citrus, stone fruit, and herbal floralness come together with a lingering west coast bitterness, making this the perfect elixir for any ailment. Shout out to our brewer and Pink Boots member Jessica
To highlight YCH’s 2024 Pink Boot’s Hop Blend, which consists of Idaho 7, El Dorado, HBC 638, and Ahtanum, we used our west coast water profile and a simple grain bill in our own cauldrons. Pointed in flavor, notes of candied citrus, stone fruit, and herbal floralness come together with a lingering west coast bitterness, making this the perfect elixir for any ailment. Shout out to our brewer and Pink Boots member Jessica for spearheading this beer’s creation.
