Beer Description
Mashed with Epiphany Pilsner and Vienna malts and a dose of spelt, we hopped this heartily with a blend of German Hersbrucker, Czech Saaz and NZ Motueka before lagering in our American oak foudre for a month. Expect generous slices of fresh sourdough bread drizzled with amber honey, fistfuls of fresh spring herbs, and mounds of orange zest straight from the grove.
