Beer Description
A Saison with a seductive yeast character. The grist, consisting of French Pilsner, German Munich and torrified wheat, plus a little bit of Belgian candi sugar, plays a firm supporting role for the aromas and flavors of pear, pepper, clove, apple skin, and berries. Finish is slightly tart and dry. Just a bit of German Merker and Tettnang to temper those big yeast flavors. Yes, YES!
