Fermented using an authentic Saison yeast strain which imparts hints of bubble gum, pepper, clove, and plenty of fruity esters.
This straw-colored Ale is brewed using two pale malts for a soft malt character and UK Kent Goldings and Czech Saaz hops create delicate floral aromas. It was fermented using an authentic Saison yeast strain which imparts hints of bubble gum, pepper, clove, and plenty of fruity esters. This ale is fermented dry, has a hint of tartness in the finish, and is packaged unfiltered for optimum flavor.
