Beer Description
August 26 is the release of Quest’s annual wet hop ale, using local ingredients – water from the local mountains, North Carolina malts from Riverbend Malt House in Asheville, North Carolina, fresh Cascade hops from Blue Ridge Hops in Marshall, North Carolina, and a local, Belgian yeast strain cultivated by SouthYeast Labs in Greenville, South Carolina. The 2014 version is a Belgian IPA with many saison-like qualities.
