Beer Description
Oppigards Bergsman is a newly developed lager beer. We continue to use English malt even though it’s a lager beer. On the other hand we have used almost exclusively Czechish hops. The fermentation has been done at a low temperature, around 10C, which adds to a clean malt flavour that is balanced by the chracateristic floweriness from the Saaz hops.
