Beer Description
It is full-bodied with a citrusy nose with hints of passion fruit from the Pacific Jade, Simcoe and Cascade used for dry hops.
Love is in the Ale is a powerful American-style IPA.Flavors round out with copious amounts of bittering hops and a touch of sweet malt balance. Love is in the Ale was first brewed three years ago for Brock Ashburn as a wedding gift from his bride and Highland family-owner Leah Wong Ashburn. It was named by Lauren Wagman, maid of honor, and brewed by Highland Brewmaster and Vice President John Lyda.
