Beer Description
Our cherry wood aged Amber Ale. This amber ale has been moderately bittered with Willamette hops, and has notes of toasted cherry wood from staves we received from the Black Swan Coopers.
It’s a good all-around beer for any food that isn’t sweet. And if you ever ate the Breakfast of Champions at Healthy Food on Halsted, you would find it pairs well with kugelis, the Lituanian potato and bacon dish.
